This privacy policy is intended to inform you about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal information by us as the responsible operator of this website. In addition, you will be informed about the handling of our data.

As the operator and creator of the content we always strive to respect the copyrights of third parties. We hereby expressly object to the use of the contact data published as part of the imprint obligation by third parties for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising or information material. We reserve the right to take legal action against the unsolicited sending of advertising information, e.g. spam emails.

Personal data
Personal information is data that personally identifies you (such as name, address, e-mail). The use of our website is usually possible without giving personal data. The collection and use of personal data on our websites takes place on the basis of your consent or if there is a legitimate interest in the survey from our side. Access data
The web space provider collects data about the access to the visited pages, so-called server log files. These are the name of the retrieved web page, the date, time and duration of the retrieval, or the message whether the retrieval was successful. Further information such as the amount of data transferred, name of the file retrieved, browser type & version, user’s operating system, the previously visited page (referrer URL), IP address and the requesting provider. We as the website operator store the log data for 30 days and we can use it for security and operational purposes as well as statistical evaluations. In the case of concrete indications or justifiable suspicion of illegal use, we reserve the right to review the log data retrospectively.

Your data will not be merged with other data sources. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures.

To provide our website and optimize load times, we use BunnyCDN as the Content Delivery Network. All inquiries are therefore forwarded to the server of BunnyCDN. Trusted Shops
To display our customer reviews collected with Trusted Shops, we have included the Trusted Shops Trust Badge of Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne, on our website. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. As the operator of the website, we have a legitimate interest in optimally marketing our offers.
When the Trustbadge is called, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file to document the call. The server log file contains e.g. Date & time of retrieval, transferred data volume, IP address and the requesting provider (access data). These access data will not be evaluated and automatically overwritten within seven days of the last page visit.

Blog comments
If you leave comments in the blog or other posts, your IP addresses will be stored for our security and against unlawful content. Your comments will be stored with us and remain on our pages until the content is deleted. You can subscribe to the following comments. You will receive a confirmation e-mail to verify that you are the owner of the entered e-mail address. You can unsubscribe from the ongoing comment subscription at any time. Data processing is based on your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time by sending us an informal e-mail. The already completed data processing operations remain legal and unaffected by the revocation.

Register user account
On our Login / My Account page, you can create an account to manage your orders and shipping information, and access services and content only for registered users. When creating the DipthDesign user account, we collect the access data, your e-mail address and password. We then send a one-time verification link to the specified email address (Double Opt-In) for verification. Then you can log in with your access data via the login form into your new account. You can deactivate all personal data (such as name, address, telephone, e-mail) entered in the user profile during a registration.

We use this data only in accordance with the statutory provisions for the business processing of orders. We save the data collected during registration as long as you are registered on our website and then they will be deleted. The processing of the data entered during registration takes place on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you can revoke at any time. The already completed data processing operations remain legal and unaffected by the revocation.
Of course we will give you any information about the personal data about you that are stored with us. Upon request, we will correct or delete your personal data, provided that there are no legal obligations to retain it.

Contact form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form or other forms on our pages, the information and the contact details you have entered are stored for processing and the case that further follow-up questions arise. To protect your requests via forms on our pages, such as the contact form, we use the service reCAPTCHA of the company Google Inc. (Google). The purpose of the query is to be able to differentiate whether the input is made by a human or abusive by automated, mechanical processing. During the analysis, reCAPTCHA collects & evaluates information. These are e.g. the IP address, the length of time the user spent on the website, or mouse movements made by the user. In order to be able to share content on our website via social networks, we have integrated social media buttons from Heise Medien GmbH & Co. KG on our website. To improve data protection, the buttons create the direct contact between users and the respective social network only when clicking on the Share button.
We have no control over the compliance of social network operators with data protection regulations.
