By placing an order with DipthDesign you accept our terms and conditions.
The following terms and conditions apply to the concluded contract for the purchase and delivery of goods in the currently valid version.

2. Order
The presentation of the goods in our internet shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but is a non-binding invitation to order.
With the order of the desired goods, or the successful completion of the ordering procedure provided in our Internet shop, you make a binding offer for you to conclude a purchase contract.
Ordering process:
1. Selection of the desired goods
2. Confirmation by clicking on the buttons “Add to cart”
3. Checking the details in the shopping cart
4. Click on the button “Proceed to checkout”
5. Enter the shipping data
6. Recheck or correct the data entered.
7. Binding sending of the order by clicking the button “Buy now”.
Before the binding submission of the order, you can edit it by clicking the “back” button of your browser or cancel the order process.
Users of Apple Pay or Google Pay can shorten the order process by selecting the desired product and clicking on the displayed button “Buy”. Paypal users can use PayPal Express Checkout to complete the order process by selecting the desired products and clicking on the displayed Paypal button.
If you want to pay via Apple Pay or Google Pay, you will need to have a payment medium in your Apple or Google Wallet. To do this, select Apple Pay or Google Pay as the payment method after selecting the desired product. Before paying, you can check your order again. For the payment to be triggered, you must confirm the purchase.
To pay via PayPal, choose PayPal as the payment method. You will then be redirected to the PayPal page, where you can enter the required information and confirm the payment. After the successful payment you will receive a confirmation of the purchase.
The receipt of your order is immediately confirmed by an automatically generated e-mail (“order confirmation”). With this we accept your offer.
Writing and calculation errors entitle us to resign.
A right of withdrawal is also ours, if the ordered goods are temporarily not available.
In these cases, the already paid purchase price will be refunded immediately.
3. Payment, delivery
The price of the goods offered includes all taxes and other price components, except delivery and shipping costs.
It will be charged € 3.90 for shipping within Germany.
Within Germany, shipping is free from a minimum order value of € 42.00.
International shipping costs are € 9.90. Deliveries to foreign countries may incur duties, taxes and fees which are not included in the total price displayed.
We offer the possibility of payment in advance (bank transfer), credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Bitcoin, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Paypal.
Payment by direct debit is possible via Paypal.
The purchase price is due immediately after conclusion of the contract and must be paid immediately.
The order will be processed immediately and dispatched within about 2-5 working days depending on the workload.
When paying in advance, the deadline for delivery on the day following the payment order begins to run to the bank charged with the transfer. For all other payment methods, the deadline for delivery starts the day after conclusion of the contract. If the end of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it will be extended until the next working day.
Upon receipt of the goods, the risk for their loss and damage passes to the purchaser, even if partial deliveries take place.
Until the full payment of all our claims, the goods remain our property.
Larger shipments can consist of several packages.
Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by you.
For resellers special conditions can be granted to a part of the assortment on presentation of the current trade license. The minimum order value for resellers is €80.
4. Cancellation policy
With revocation and guarantee the legally prescribed regulations of the German BGB apply:
Consumers have a right of cancellation and return within 14 days of receiving the order.
To do so, a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract must be received in writing. For this, e.g. the model withdrawal form will be used.
The goods must be returned to us within a period of 14 days from the date of the cancellation of this contract.
You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods and must send them before the deadline.
The repayment on our part takes place only when we get the goods back, or we have received a proof of their dispatch.
5. Color deviations
We accept no liability for deviations of the color between the photos on the Internet and the delivered goods.
Customary color and structure deviations and deviations between the delivered sample and the delivered goods, or between individual deliveries are unavoidable and no justification for a defect.
6. Privacy
For our products there is a utility model protection, the articles must not be imitated.
Reproduction, excerpts and copies of images and text passages from our website or our online brochures are only permitted with our written approval.
All customer data is used exclusively for the business processing of orders and will of course not be disclosed. These data are stored by us in our systems until the legal retention periods have expired. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures. As part of the contract, we transfer personal data to third parties, such as the bank that is commissioned with the payment transaction.
The transmission of your data to the payment providers listed below is based on your consent (Article 6 (1) lit. a GDPR) and on the basis of Article 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures.
PayPal
If you choose to pay via PayPal, the payment details you enter will be transmitted to the payment service provider PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg).
Stripe
If you choose to pay by credit card, the payment details you provide will be sent to the payment service Stripe (Stripe, 185 Berry Street, Suite 550, San Francisco, CA 94107). Credit card information is always encrypted when transmitted over networks.
Bitcoin
If you choose to pay by Bitcoin, the transaction ID will be sent to the payment service provider.
7. Jurisdiction
Place of performance and jurisdiction, if permitted, is the domicile of DipthDesign, i. Wiesbaden.
It is exclusively German law, not the UN sales law.
As contract language German and English will be available exclusively.
